Starveil curtain-wall manufacturing floor in Foshan with aluminium fabrication equipment and organised work zones

About Starveil · Foshan, China

Facade engineering made ready for the real site.

Starveil is an international facade engineering and design-supply company with a manufacturing base in Foshan, Guangdong. We translate architectural intent into coordinated systems, project-specific fabrication and export-ready delivery for residences, theatres, exhibition buildings, commercial developments and high-rise towers.

Company profile

A Foshan-based technical and export partner for complex facades.

Foshan Starveil Building Materials Technology Co., Ltd. coordinates facade design development, material customisation, fabrication and international supply from China’s Greater Bay Area manufacturing region. The work is not limited by building height: the relevant question is whether the proposed system, structure, access strategy and local approval route can be engineered responsibly.

Our documented reference scope includes residential, hospitality, commercial, public and cultural buildings—from villas and apartments to theatres, exhibition halls and high-rise curtain walls. Each enquiry is reviewed around the building itself, with written responsibility boundaries for local engineering, approvals and installation.

01 · Engineering Capability

The engineers who drew it answer for how it was built.

Every envelope starts with the building, climate and approval route—not a catalogue profile. Structural behaviour, thermal and solar performance, drainage and interface details are developed together, then carried into shop drawings, procurement and fabrication.

  • Structural calculation —wind loads, mullion and transom sizing, bracket and anchor design to EN, ASTM and AS/NZS frameworks.
  • Thermal & solar modelling —U-values and solar gain modelled against your project’s orientation and climate, not read off a brochure.
  • Regional design coordination —solar exposure, salt and dust for Gulf projects; thermal bridging, condensation, wind and seasonal movement for North American climates.
  • Node & detail design —the interfaces where facades fail are drawn, reviewed and frozen before fabrication.
  • Design-assist for architects —early system selection and budget targeting, with BIM-ready output your practice can drop into its workflow.

02 · Manufacturing & QA

Drawings, machining and assembly stay connected.

The Foshan manufacturing base supports project-specific aluminium machining, component preparation, assembly, material staging and shipment planning. Production release is tied to the approved drawing set so fabrication decisions remain traceable to the facade package.

QA records and hold points are defined by the quoted scope. Where required, first-article review, dimensional checks, photographs, packing records and third-party inspection can be agreed before full production or shipment.

03 · Testing & Evidence

Evidence prepared for the authority reviewing your project.

Test evidence and engineering documents are mapped to the proposed build-up, spans and destination market. The quotation states what applies, what requires project-specific verification and what must be completed by your local consultant or engineer of record.

04 · Material Ecosystem

Brands are selected around the specification—not placed into it afterwards.

Depending on the approved system, performance criteria, destination requirements and availability, our sourcing and technical coordination may include the following international and Chinese manufacturers.
